LigtasMax: Disaster Assistance System is composed of two parts, mobile app and dashboard module. The mobile app enables users to report fire or flood incidents in real time, receive disaster tips, and get location-based alerts. Reports are validated in the dashboard module and used to create geofences that categorize danger zones. Using the DBSCAN algorithm, the system identifies high-density user clusters to help responders prioritize efforts. A visual dashboard supports efficient coordination, while geofencing ensures alerts are sent only to users in affected areas, minimizing misinformation.
